Vapors and odors are extracted quietly and effectively right at the source, i.e. the cook-top, which makes Gaggenau table ventilation suitable for cooking islands or large open-plan kitchens. The table ventilation can, therefore, be integrated discreetly and flexibly into all kitchen layouts.
Vario downdraft ventilation 400 series (VL 414 111) has flexible power distribution, and precise extraction of cooking vapors only at the open ventilation elements and can be combined perfectly with other Vario appliances of the 400 series.
Table ventilation (AL 400) The extendable table ventilation disappears completely into the worktop when not in use. Vapors and odors are quietly and effectively extracted directly where they arise – an ideal solution for kitchen islands and open spaces.
The appliances, which are equipped with three power settings and one intensive setting that reset automatically after a few minutes, and can be operated by remote ventilation units with extraction rates ranging from 700 to 1,210 cubic meters an hour in exhaust or re-circulation mode. Performance and reliability are guaranteed as the ventilation has undergone testing involving 10,000 cycles of extending and retracting the ventilation.
