For this gorgeous 1-bedroom, open-plan apartment, we decided to keep to the original 1990’s kitchen layout, but open it into to the dining room and living area to make it much more accessible and easier to navigate.

This apartment had been in our client’s family for many years.

However, it had not been renovated in over 30 years, and the clients wanted to able to use it as a space for them and their families to relax and enjoy the area during their stays in London.

And so for this reason, we created a newly renovated, modern space where they could feel at ‘home away from home’.

We provided our clients with dedication and support throughout the planning process, as well as in the management of the design, supply, and installation process, to ensure that their vision was accurately executed to the highest quality.

  • This open-plan kitchen accommodates a full set of Neff appliances, and an Air Uno vented hob.

  • We also exposed the original metal beams which became a feature of this apartment.

  • We installed Terma radiators in this space, in a matte black colour. The flooring throughout this apartment is engineered oak.

  • The herringbone flooring in this space is sophisticated but subtle, and gives this room depth and simplicity.

  • This simple lighting above the shelving was added to illuminate the blue in the tiles, creating a calm and serene atmosphere in the space.

  • We installed a pull-out larder for easy access to utensils and dry food.

  • We added Buster & Punch Bar handles on the tall units and melamine carcasses giving the kitchen a modern, elegant feel.

  • These custom made Amberth pull-out drawers offer lots of storage to accommodate cutlery.

  • We added an Alana Round Wall Mirror with Tom Dixon - Pop LED lights and Elli Popp Bamboo Pink wallpaper, which created a quirky elegant backdrop to this space.

  • This bathroom also features a walk-in shower with a built in Helo steam system.

  • The flooring in this space is Millan tiling and the walls are painted Duck Green to compliment the tiling around the vanity unit.
